We found what seemed to be a reputable internet firm in Japan for Flutes. I could not find a Ripoff report on him. They are very responsive, sending pictures and even files of music being played. We sent them the funds via wire transfer and they kept promising the flute was on the way and it never came.

When we asked for our money back, he turned off that e-mail address and refused to answer any e-mails from his website.
