Returned a product I never asked for 2 weeks after the 30-day money back guarantee. Not really confident that the date they have is the actual day of delivery. Nothing to confirm that date. Talked to them on 1/22/10 and faxed them all my informtion. Called today and talked to a rep who told me that I was too late to receive my refund of $160.00. I begged them to make an acception. NO WAY they said. SO I asked to speak to someone else and I talked to the "manager" who told me that that was their policy. I said that a policy can be changed, and he said no it was written in stone. I asked to talk to someone else and he proceeeded to tell me that that would be the president of the company and he is never there. I literally begged to let me speak to someone in the refund department, but to no avail! I just want was is mine. They have their product AND my money... HELP
