I ordered ACAI berry from Webmd website thought it must be reputiable boy was I wrong. Not only did it not disclose that you have 14 days to cancel a 30 day free trail but it took 12 days to arrive and they sent 2 bottles not one so of course I was billed twice. Now that was in November of 2009 and it is now mid March and I am still waiting. It is becomming my life's mission to call everyday and have the same conversation over and over and maybe just maybe they will give up my money. However each conversation is exactly the same " it can take up to 30 days for your refund to show up in your bank" my reply is "it has been more than 30 days " and thier response is " No mam it shows the refund was issued after each 30 days expires so i must wait 30 days and if it hasn't been issued we will take the next step." What a crock of bull.. they have $172.84 of my money and i want it back... This company is a fraud... Send emails to Florida's attorney general and the better business bureu at least maybe it will cause them some headache.
