I signed up for a trial of this product, paid the shipping and handling but never received the product. They have since charged my account twice in one month for $87.13 each time, still have never received any product. They wouldn't answer their phone, I finally had to cancel my credit card, unfortunately they were able to get yet another $87.13 on the day I cancelled my card. I was finally able to speak to a girl by the name of Jenny Smith at 1-866-870-0692, she assured me she has cancelled my account, now as far as a refund, supposedly a refund has been requested but by reading other complaints, that's what they tell everyone but it never comes. I asked for a number to the refund department but was told they didn't have a number. I'm am frustrated & extremely angry. Money is tight enough as it is, I can't believe these people are getting away with bilking hundreds of people, if not more, of their hard earned money. These people must be stopped.
