On 9/11/08 my bank contacted this company about charges they have been making on my VISA account. Since May 10th they have been charging me $375.00 bi-weekly for only God knows what. The bank transferred my call to their representative, who said that I would receive a form letter within 6 - 10 days, and that after I sent it back my money would be returned to me. I never received a form letter. The reference number given me is #24055248242200069101270

I am an elderly woman trying to make do on Social Security, and this is ridiculous! I HAVE TO get that money back! It amounts to $2625.00
