I ordered a Android based tablet with priority shipping for $116. They took month to ship and got completely screen damaged part. It wont even boot. I sent email to customer service and they asked me to do RMA process and asked me to send back and they will pay me back postage. It costed me $35 send that back and it took that 3 weeks of PAYPAL payment hold time and they got the money. I cannot even stop the payment now. THey shipped another product 4 weeks later and that is also has screen damage. THis is time it was not even wrapped in plastic. Looks like they send me a "seconds" part to just get over this. He is asking me send that back again. Now I lost 3 months of time and $150+ so far and still dont have a working part. How do complain and get justice here?
