I was scammed by this business. I trusted these lawnmower professionals for maintenance and good service. It cost me $25 to get an estimate to find out if my mower needed maintenance. All I got was a very rude owner (Jim) who calls me, tells me I need a new starter and it will cost me +$100 and when I began asking questions trying to determine if I should buy a new mower and do the service he rudely said "ma'am just come pick up your mower" and hung up on me. When I picked it up, it appeared nothing was done on the mower - so I asked for a refund - they told me it was not possible that the money was for the estimate. When the mower was in my possession again, a neighbor took a look and found that it was a spring on the started - not the starter and the blade was an easy sharpening job. I feel this company scammed me and had I agreed I would have unknowingly, and trustingly spent well over $100 for something that wasn't necessary. I asked them (in a letter) for a detailed description of what they did in order to determine why I needed a starter and how my money was used - they did not respond.
