I got my Verizon phone bill this month with an additional $14.95 on it for a voicemail service by Fone Right Inc which I never ordered. I called Verizon service and their records from Fone Right said I ordered it. Even used my name (spelled incorrectly) and Verizon accepted it! I was able to get Fone Right's phone number and I asked them who authorized the order and they hung up on me. I keep calling back only to get a voicemail that says they are experiencing technical difficulties and to call back! This company makes fraudulent orders! Consumer beware.
