My husband and I went to Chili's on March 11, 2009 around 3:00 PM for margaritas and appitizers at the bar. The bar top was filthy and the ashtrays were overflowing. The bartendar was no where to be found. After about 5 minutes, she appeared and we had to ask for a cloth to clean the bar top and finally got our drinks and ordered appitizers. She kept disappearing to the back . After about 20 minutes we were served our appitizers. There was only one person in the kitchen so everyone's food was taking a long time. There did not seem to be a manager or asst. manager on the premises. We usually enjoy going to Chili's, but we won't be going back to the one in Liberty, TX.
