Scam attempting to trick individuals into believing they have won a foreign lottery. They are asked to call 876-570-1299 where they will be instructed to wire money to pay taxes on their "winnings"

Real lotteries will be happy to withold taxes from your winnings and simply remit the difference. Also it is illegal in the United States to enter a foreign lottery, so there is no way you can win one in the US.
