I have as well experience the same situation with the agency name; Foreigner Employment Management & Consultancy. I am in Abu Dhabi and just wanted to help my brother to look for another job and from the classified add we found their name and mentioning that they need the expertise of my brother as they have the same requirement from their cleint. They ask us to go to their office in Sharja ( Al Buhaira near corniche plaza) for an interview, because of excitement we immeditely went the following morning to their office and to my surprised, they're just asking us first to pay for 100DHS and promising you that they will forward the CV to the client and schedule for another interview. After one day another guy called my brother and ask him to report to their office and bring passport copy, two photo and another 300DHS fee. This is clear to us that this agency is just trying to cheat many unfortunate person and I really wanted to report this to the ministry of labour in Sharja but have a problem travelling long distance. I am sure they will keep on doing the same to other, if you are in Sharja please do something to stopped this people and report to the Ministry of Labour.
