I have also been slammed with long distance charges to this number for the last TWO years. Every month I call BellSouth to have the charges removed. I have even moved and had my number changed. The charges still come. BellSouth repeatedly tells me my computer is dialing out, though we have had hi speed internet through two different NON DIAL UP companies. I have contacted a computer repair expert who assures me that unless my modem is connected to a phone line, my computer can't make these calls. This month a new data line number call was billed to me. It is from Tampa, Fl 813 282-1022. I am still in the process of investigating this one. My next step is to contact the North Carolina Attorney General and the FCC. Some one is going to get to the bottom of this.
