Fortunecookiestore.com sold me 1, 000 fortune cookies, 20% were broken on delivery and they were extremely stale. I contacted them and they said they would reimburse me for the broken cookies which they never did. The shelf life of the cookies is supposed to be 12 months, so they either sent very old cookies or their shelf life is much much shorter. At first they replied to my complaint, but then after many many more attempts at correspondence to remedy the problem they just ignored me. I would return the cookies but there is no guarantee they will reimburse me and I don't want to spend MORE money for return postage if they will just continue to ignore me.
