I ordered two sets of Dr. Bader's books that they sale online. They doubled my order. Their program does not allow for confirmation of the order. They then send you a confirmation email with a noreply address.

I made the order on a weekend and they could not be contacted. Through my credit card company, I was finally able to contact them on the next business day. I finally received an RMA and a promise for a full refund. The full "refund" was for books they kept the Shipping and handling which was almost as much as the books. These people are scam artist. No reputable business operates the way they do.
