Estimate to add pillars to a 6 ft wide by 5 ft dept porch was $2500 (for labor only, includes NO PILLAR costs, barrel roof is original in photo). Charges were over $5000 (and includes NO PAINTING and NO sanding costs!). Estimate for a 9 ft x 4 ft bathroom floor replacement and fixture replacement (labor only, NO parts) was approximate $1, 000; cost was greater than $3, 0000! Labor costs were outrageous! This company is a rip-off, and they charge for electrical services they are NOT licensed to provide!
