Please America, never, never, never buy anything from fotoconnection.com ...these are the biggest scam artists, i mean online retailers on the web. four weeks ago i bought a digital camera and a digital camcorder from fotoconnection.com...three days later i received the digital camera without the camcorder, i called them to my amazement i was told i only ordered the digital camera. so i went ahead and re-ordered the jvc digital camera, a week and half later i called them a that i have not received the my camcorder- the guy i spoke with was Marco when ordering-very rude, unprofessional, repugnant, and soooo rude. I'm very amazed how this business is able to exist up 'till now. in conclusion, when i finally called a week and half later, the guy lance was very interrogative and unmannered by informing me that he is going to do me a favor by cancelling my order. please America, stay away from fotoconnection.com.
