Do not purchase from Four Ces Int'l. They are total frauds. Sold me a ring as Tanzanite which turned out to be cubic zirconia. I have made numerous calls (spoke with Julia who is supposedly the manager or owner). When I confronted her about the ring not being real, she did not even make a comment. She told me that they would refund my money but it hasn't happened yet. Mastercard company will not decide my dispute unless I return the ring. I have already paid $40. for gem test, who knows how much in calls to Mexico, and if I return the ring, it will cost $84. to send it by Fed Ex. Thank you Four Ces and Citi for an expensive lesson learned. The jewelry stores in Cozumel can thank Four Ces for NO purchases from me or my family when in Cozumel. Four Ces gives the rest of the jewelry stores there a bad name.
