I purchased a vehicle on the 20th of Jan 2008.$1k down payment. A week later returned to dealer due to vehicle making noises. Dealer advised just due to cold weather and told me to make sure and warm car up. On this same day I asked about my paper work to get my tag and was advised it wasn't in yet. Two weeks later the car broke down. It was a day l8tr when i was able to get it towed. The car dealer had received call about vehicle being on side of road due to car lot tag being on car. He went and got the car. Dealer states car needs engine and I must pay for it even though I had not had it 30 days and had just paid him $1k. Dealer will not give car or my money back
