After reading the other complaints I had to write the truth about Robert and Terresa Rossi. First off they are as bad as everyone says and even worse. They told me when I rented from them that I had to do all the repairs on my flat that I rented and Robert would call me and cuss me out when I asked for help. I suppose it would be because he is bi polar~ That was a statement his step son told me when Robert sent him over to look into our serious water leak that of course was my fault. I couldn't possibly be the fact that the flat I was renting was over a 100 years old! The clincher of the story is that I ran into Robert and (the leasing agent) that rented to me at the local tanning spot and they were in a lip lock and it wasn't because he was on the ground having a heart attach from all the coke he had snorted that day~ Another tidbit via his stepson! Well once he saw that I saw him and mentioned it to the plumber, well he was to afraid his sweet necrotic wifey would find out, so me being a single mom with 4 kids was given a 30 no cause 15 days before Christmas to get the F&$% out...I believe that is what Robert told me over the phone when he called me irate while i was in the middle of a business meeting. Funny he was on speaker phone when I answered and 5 other people heard it loud and clear too. Fox Management as well did not give me my entire deposit back and I had a professional cleaning company come in and do what is called a turn clean. So as far as I am concerned they can keep doing all those nasty things cause Karma is going to be a bitch when it comes around to them. You cant blame them though they are the epitome of white trailer trash that found a new way to make a shiny quarter. You can take the couple out of the trailer but you cant take the trash out of the couple!
