I ordered 2(two) sets of The Best of Fraggle Rock. It was supposed to be The Complete Television series. I received ONE set, and on the set, not only were they fuzzy, the were also duplicates of the same tape., they also froze, skipped and in general very bad COPIES, not new DVD's. I called, because I had not received the second set, which I had paid for the shipping and handling of.. but to tell them they were defective.. I was told to wait a few weeks to see if the second set arrived..
I tried E-mailing, and my e-mails come back.. tried calling again, the line was always busy..
I agree they not be allowed to post their ads on google or anywhere else.. And they should be made to return all money anyone has spent their dvd's.
