france telecom have failed to reconnect my landline since promising to do so back in October. I have contacted them 17 times and have been given false promises each time, such as (please wait ten days) (please wait 48hrs) (your line is under construction) (there seems to be a technical fault) I have internet provision through the landline so why oh why can't they provide me with a telephone connection. I have a very ill parent back in the U.K and my little girl has not been able to speak with her Father this Christmas. The stress this is causing is unbearable as it is impossible to get a mobile signal where I live and the nearest working telephone box is 10 miles away. The web address for the ombudsman on the telecom sight is false. I don't know where to turn next.
