$43 charge for 30 minute use of wench to tow my scooter!!! My husband watched them walk it onto the trailer.. 11 days of storage fees when they only had it 9 days... when asked why the owner stated
"On a sheriff call, we charge all that we can."... so on top of a $125 fee for towing a SCOOTER.. I had a $153 charge for storage.. a $43 charge for 30 minute wench service.. $15 gas surcharge for a 3 mile tow and $5.53 administrative fee..!!! rip-off... scam... When I asked for the unused wench service fee to be removed the owner refused saying "that fee pays for our insurance"... then he walked the scooter out of the yard.. UNBELIEVABLE how people run business these days..
