Bought a wine fridge for our new kitchen, it broke after 6 months! Its still under warranty but after four months of trying, its still broken! They sent the wrong part... TWICE and now will no longer take our calls! Puts us on hold and never comes back! After reading this complaint board we are not the only ones who've had a problem with FRANKLIN CHEF''s crappy products! I strongly encourage you to NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
