I had a National salesman into my home to give me an estimate on wood flooring.The salesman, qouted me a price of 7000.00 dallars.The salesman assured that the oak was top of the line, furniture grade American made oak.I agreed to the price and set up the installation in 2 days.The insatllers showed up with boxes of wood which were clearly marked made in China.That to me is bait and switch, As I am dealing with htis issue with the installer who doesnt speak english, my bank calls me to inform that National Floors had charged my credit card the full 7000.00 dollars without having done any work!Now I have credit card theft as well.I called the company to speak to the owner and was givin the runaround.I cancelled my order and did some research and found out the owner is working under an alias.The owner is going by Steven Reiss, His real name is Samuel Rosenberg and he was doing the same thing In New Jersey.He folded up his tent in Jersey and is Now in Avon Massachusetts!!! BEWARE!!!
