Franz has been involved in the Canadian and German real-estate market for some 25 years and has gathered first hand experience navigating his way through the mortgage jungle. He personally owns a multi-million dollar real-estate portfolio. Franz has held numerous positions as an engineer and in high-profile sales positions for IBM and other high-tech firms in Germany, the US, and Canada. He has also been a business consultant at the C level for some of the largest corporations in Western Canada, has founded his own business development consulting firm, established a new technology consulting company in California. Franz continues to serve Yaletown, Vancouver, and the rest of the Lower Mainland. He specializes in First Time Home Buyers' purchases, Refinance, Debt Consolidation and Private Mortgages.
