I have an unauthorized charge of $14.95 on my phone bill from Fraudalertguard.com by a service to be identified as the company Payment One Corp. They put a monthly service fee on my phone bill that I never authorized and this is totally violating my privacy. How does a company get authorization to add a charge to your phone bill of all things?
