Fraud Protection charged me twice my credit card. Thanks to the number provided by another lucky customer (18663872521) I was able to call and talk to a nice rep. He said that it was linked to credit report america and that I did not cancel in due time. I tried to be really nice and it paid off. He graciously cancelled the membership, gave me a confirmation number of it (which is VERY important to ask for) and he gave me credit for ONe month of charges. When I asked if I could have both charges reversed he agreed. YOU GUYS OUGHT TO TALK to this guy! I hate the fact that this company is abusing customer's trust;however, every once in a while you can find a nice person that will do the right thing. Good luck!
