They sold phone service to replace our previous AT&T service with the same features and agreed in voice recording that they will contact us before installation if there is a contractual termination fee from the previous service provider before installing our service. They did not only contact us, but when confronted with the voice recording asked us to fax the AT&T bill, and that their manager would get back to us. They have no response for two weeks and when called on the subject, they could not committ to anything. Additionally all the features especially, the caller ID feature was left out in the service replacement. We believe this company is lying and cheating to get Business, and should be avoided with passion.
