directed to Carribean cruise to the bahamas

I had ordered a book for $19.95 reduced from $29, 95, the next thing I knew they were trying to sell me an extended stay package(hotel, rental car, etc.. ) in fort lauderdale FLA for $648.00 per person.they gave me a cancellation phone number of 1-800 -475- 1942 to cancel the transaction, but their business phone message
said their business number is only active from monday to friday 9 til 5 o clock. I am concerned that they have my credit card information over the weekend! This package was to be a free cruise in addition to my book purchase to the bahamas.

Taking money without my permission

I got an email stating Free Government money I opened it and was reading about it. They asked for $1.00 I gave them my debit card number on 1/18/2009. I downloaded two information downloads. Ok now I am looking at my bank statement and on 1/26/2009 $29.95 was taken out of my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I live on a very tight budget and I can not afford this. I need this back what can be done about this I have never had this happen before. It is bad enough I have to have my gas heat set at 62 so I do not get blasted again with $432.00 this month that is more than my car payment. Please help me to get this back
