I have played on National League of Poker (NLOP) for about two years and until recently the only complaint was slow servers on occasion. I would win tournaments with cash payouts and receive my check within 6 weeks as promised. In the last month it really seems like the shuffling software has changed because I see more bad beats (both to me and by me as well as other players) than I ever saw before by far. There are far more bad beats than I see at live games I play in. I understand that bad beats happen and that is part of the game. But I can honestly say that bad beats happen as much or more as hands that hold up and the odds of that happening are normally low. I just emailed them about this complaint and asked how their shuffling software works. We'll see what they say.
