I placed an order for snuggies on freesnuggie.com on December 16, 2008 and to this date (January 27, 2009), I have never received my items. There is no where to call or e-mail this company, do you have any information on this company?

I ordered FREE SNUGGIES on the internet on Dec. 16, 2008 in hopes that I would receive my order by Christmas because they were Christmas gifts. THE cost for 1 snuggie and a free one was $19.95. SHIPPING AND HANDLING was $15.50. THE total came to $35.85. I paid twice for S&H. THIS is now Jan. 9TH, and I have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. They even gave me an ORDER #.
