n Jan i went to a freebie site & i ordered a freebie which was costing me just for S&H $2.95 for the item well i NEVER got the item which was a: Sunscreen keychain item#416089d & Order# 81536 & i received a comformation e-mail which i still have (im glad i save it), anyway after waiting for a few weeks i finally e-mailed their support team & i did that twice & NEVER heard back from them so just last week on a Tuesday afternoon i called them up & asked them about my order & why i haven't received it yet & asked them where they we're shipping it from. and the lady i spoke to said it was coming from Utah some where in Utah.
And she said she would send it to me & i believed her & i was expecting it by last Friday OR Saturday & i still to this day don't have what i ordered.
So im wondering what can be done about this so called company?
I tried going through the BBB & they can't do it cause it is out of their jurisdiction & the company isn't even found & doesn't even seem to exist but yet they have a website? phone number? E-mail? etc...
Their phone number is: # 1-800-618-1211, i don't seem to be getting any where with these people & the company theeir comapny name is: freeblvd.com A.K.A. surplusalert.com.
What can you do to help me resolve this issue & get my item i ordered back in January?
I will NEVER do business with them again EVER!!!
I've just been ripped off & im just furious about it.
