I too feel swindled... I am not experienced in regard to the internet. My story begins w/wanting to downlone QUICKTIME on to my pc. Like you all, I to was left with a choice, I opted for the one year 19.99. Like you I was anxious and hasty... My falt. The download was successful buuuuuuuuut A day has gone buy and I've had time to think about what I had done. What did I buy? What are thay providing me??? Soooooooooooooooo I called there help line 1-888-527-9381 and spoke with a real person. The rep was surprised to under stand I was not calling to complain. But!!!when I asked the rep, "what did I buy and what is this product providing me"? He Could NOT answere my question. It left him flabbergasted. 19.99... I've wasted more money then that. However I am concerned, is this a global scam. Can anyone from the united states answere my questions???????????????? I do not, do not, want to hear from one of there representtatives.
