I have two Freightliner Cascadia and the Rack and Pinions are crap. There has been a recall on them but even when replaced they are failing and its a fight to get Freightliner to do anything. Recently I have had a second one fail and the response I am getting is that its within tolerances. Wonderful, ecept my driver refuse to drive it because it pulls to the ditch..Maybe thats what needs to happen. An accident showing that Freightliner is negligent. Whatever the outcome thetire bills and repair bills are "racking" up. Its only a matter of time before someone gets killed...I contacted Freightliner and the response I got was that they would be the mediator between myself and the dealership. Big deal.. I can't getthe dealership to even call me back.. Will be yanking the truck and filing suit aganist the dealership for excessive charges that have resolved nothing!!!
