Our home loan got behind with Fremont Investment and Loans, due to job loss. We are now fully employed since then, by that time Fremont went out of business, and sold our home to Whilshire. We spent roughly four months, talking with Whilshire, sending and resending faxes, which they claimed they never got, never able to speak to the same person, or the same department. Constant run around. Promising to working something, out, such as putting the amount we owe on the back of the loan. Which would enable us to make regular payments. We were excited at this offer. We sent, pay stubs, tax returns, and various document requested, only to get a letter, informing us, they will no help us. Very hard company to work. worst I have seen.
