I called Fresh Start Financial and they sent me a packet to fill out and return with references and promisory note details. They immediately started deducting bi-weekly drafts from my checking account. The first three debits were $100.00 each and since then they have been decucting $50.00 bi-weekly for the last three or four months. They said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I received my laptop. It has been months! I contacted them via a form on their website and told them I wanted my money back since they had delivered no product. I noticed that they did not debit my account on the 8/1/10 as they had been, but they have yet to return the money to my account. I work very hard for my money and either I needed the computer or the money. At this point I want all my money back as soon as possible. The last debit showing on my account is dated 7/15/10
Please help me to get my money if you can.
