In 1989, Carlos Mora Roman founded a small air conditioning company named Meconsa Refrigeracion in the city of Mexicali, Baja California. Thirty years later, Meconsa Refrigeracion has become one of the largest and prestigious air conditioning distributors in Mexico. This success is attributed to the high level of integrity, loyalty, and customer service provided by Carlos and his dedicated staff. Carlos’ children were encouraged to work in the company and learn the family trade.
