Friedmans Jewlery (GA.) I went in on tne 6th day of December 2008, and asked for my pay off for my account. The Representative told me if I was to pay my account off by Friday the 10 th day of December 2004 that my balance would be $426.09, so I want to renew a loan to pay off some bills and make one smaller payment. I went and did that, went back Friday to pay it off and the REP. told me I owed $782.20. I said that I was told and had a written price for my pay off .

The Rep that helped me on the 6th day of December said that she was sorry about the mistake. She told me that I asked for a 90 day same as cash pay off---What came out of my mouth was I need a payoff of my account as of Friday the 10th day of December. Now she was looking right at the computer about 12-24 inches from the screen give me a break you can't tell me she couldn't see that my account was not for 90 days----Last purchase was October of 2003, not October of 2008. SO NOW I STILL HAVE TO PAY THEM AND MY NEW LOAN-----

THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF HIRES AND FIRES AT THIS CERTAIN STORE!!! HECK I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO WRITE THEM OUT A CHECK FOR $426.09 AND ONLY GAVE THEM ONE PAYMENT OF $100.00 i AM STILL IRRATE
