This company is the worst!!, they break windows, and do very poor work, everyone that works for them are horrible, they even steal from your house, i found the door unlocked, i found one of the guys that was supposed to clean the pool in one of my rooms They aren't responsible, will not fix what they break, and don't care, would not recommend their service to anyone. I also called up another local company immeditaely to replace them to only find out that i have also been overpaying for this service for the past 2 years, the new company is about 20% cheaper.
I strongly advise homeowners to not allow them to manage your property and renters beware.
