just got my fronter phone bill and had a charge of $8.43 from OAN Services, Inc. I never authorized this charge nor talked to these people much less ever heard of them. You would think that fronter would investigate these charges prior to adding them to a customer's bill. I'm tired of every time I get fronter bill that I have something wrong on my bill, charges for services that I never requested. Then there's some butt-wipe employee that tries to talk to me like I'm the scum of the earth and don't deserve the time of day from them. Maybe it's time for new management from top to bottom. Maybe it would be best if we all made enough noise about these problems all it once to the president of att to get something done about it. What do ya'll think?
