	October 28, 2008 Order I ordered a sample for 1.87; then was charged 74.76 for another order that I did not authorize. I have tried calling several times, but no live person, only told to go to website: www.gohelpnow.com. Is this a scam?

	October 26, 2008 Acai Berry They did refund the $74.95 after I returned the unasked for product. In September and again in October they billed $5.95 to my Citi Card.
	October 3, 2008 Unauthorized billing of crdit card Have not given authorization to charge for this product. Requested the trail only. I want this to stop NOW!
	September 17, 2008 Did not authorize this debit from my account I have a debit charge of 79.76 from FS Performance Health from my checking account which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Needs to be credited back.
