My F@stlink E1820 modem keeps disconnecting from the computer, within 2 – 4 minutes I have now sent it in for repairs twice the only repairs that was made to the modem was to update the software, this is a new modem and should still be under warranty. I received the contract and Modem services on the 23 November 2010 and then on January the 06 2011 I returned the modem and requested MTN to repair the modem, I received it back on the 14 February 2011 and then returned it on the 15 of February 2011 with the same problem. I waited and was promised that the modem will be replaced but I received the old modem back on the 30 March 2011, the modem is still not repaired. I am going to return it again today. Please assist in either cancelling the contract or with the replacing of the modem.
