Pretty simple my husband sent me flowers for Mother's Day and this florist (for want of a better word) sent little pink roses that were half dead and literally stuffed into the vase. Had to take them out and put them in fresh water and try to save them but they were dead in two days. Complained to FTD and they were going to replace the flowers, this of course never happened so my husband is basically out a chunk of money. Poor service, dead flowers and no effort to make good on the dead beat up flowers they sent. FTD should never have used this local florist and FTD should learn some customer service skills and fix what was wrong. Hello Pro Flowers!!! I read all the other complaints about FTD and I'm amazed they are still in business.
