I ordered flowers online and the flowers arived but I was billed twice for them. I keep calling and leaving the information but no one contacts me or makes the correction. It appears the number I am calling is just an answering service. The florist who delivered the flowers is even helping me out to no avail. It appears FTD does not take any responsibility for internet orders.
