I ordered a sample of colon cleanse last year. I received it, then a few weeks later I received a bigger bottle, which was charged to my account. 89.31 on October 18th. Without my authorization. I returned the product, and called. Alex answered and said if I returned the product, he would refund my money. I then got the product back a few weeks later, and I returned it again. And called again. Tried numerous times to get a hold of someone. I was put on hold 3 times and hung up on. I waited almost an hour one day and to no avail.. It is now January 27th, and I called tonight and finally a lady answered, and I told her I wanted my money put back in my account, and she said they couldn't do it because I waited too long and my account with them was void. I was given no information to when my account would be void. They shouldv'e automatically put the money back in my account, and they didn't. I just want my money back, and hope to help people out. Nothing is free...
