This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. I DID get a loaner laptop, but the service manager tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it was 'used' after 4 months of impotence!! (That would have been almost $300+!) Luckily, I wouldn't pay the fee, and threated to call the police if my laptop, (completely under warranty) wasn't returned to me immediately. I spoke with the store manager, and was then handed my laptop after wasting almost 3 hours of my life to pick up my laptop.
