Fujitsu Life Book Product Model No.C080401249 was given for repair to its service centre in Varanasi at Redington (India) Ltd., D-58/12, A-86 !st Floor, Gandhi Nagar Colony, Sigra, Varanasi-221010 (Tel.no.0542-2227582/83. It was given on 13 July, 2009. We approached them several times, but never received a proper or positive response. Today they said that they don't know anything about it, if we want to make complaint about it, we are free to do so. We did not find anybody responsible there even to talk to. Would you please help us in the matter?
