I have purchased fully automatic washing machine Model No.WA-85 VANEC/XTL on 06/02/2009.Now the control panel is not working still last five months i.e from dec09. I have given complaint to Samsung service centre at visakhapatnam . Engr has attended the complaint and noted the problem and he said that coplaint will rectify with in one month but same is not yet rectified.my mobile no.is 9908842617
