I bought a spa from Fun City Pools and Spas in Charlotte and it has a motor that makes loud noise. The factory sent out a replacement motor but the retailer has not shown up to replace it.

The cover also had a puncture in it when they delivered it and it took months to get a replacement. When I finally got it, it was not the right size and it has a tear in it.

They don't return my calls or emails. And they have an F rating at the BBB. I wouldn't recommend Fun City Pools and Spas because of the BBB F rating and because of my experience with them. I should have checked their BB rating before I bought a spa from.
