Be careful shopping online at JC Penney!

I was just charged a $9.95 fee from this JC Penney endorsed / affiliated company going by the name of Fun Family Select. They are advertised online as being part of JC Penney...the JC Penney logo is prominantly displayed on their website. I have complained to them and to JC Penney and will dispute this charge from my credit card company. I will also file a complaint with the FTC and post other notices.
